The telemetry system provides important data about the health and safe operation of the lift, including overload condition alerts, actual cargo weight during each load cycle as well as cycle counting and lift energy draw. This enables prediction of service intervals, helping to improve reliability and safety.
Stay in charge of charging
The Battery Health Monitor combines measurements and machine learning to visually inform the operator of the charge state and remaining lift cycles for the liftgate. This ensures uptime and reliability, and it also records how the lift is being used which enables better fleet management and battery maintenance while indicating the rate of charge from the WALTCO Solar Charging System2, which can help maximize battery life.

HiConnect is available for WALTCO liftgates:
MDV series
Ideal for dock loading and distribution, and available with lifting capacities of 3,000 lb and 4,000 lb.
The MDV series is built for swift, hassle-free dock loading and distribution with heavy duty dock bumpers, a folded platform that can be lowered at the dock, with a push-button control switch. It provides industry-leading safety with the anti-slip platform, load retention capacity, and lights that illuminate the platform work area.
WDV series
This class-leading heavy duty railgate offers high performance, and is available in 3,500 lb, 4,500 lb, 5,500 lb and 6,600 lb lifting capacities.
The innovative design of the WDV series ensures ease of operation and low maintenance requirements. It features column style rails that enable its runners to move the platform via vertical hydraulic cylinders for ultimate strength and efficiency, and the platform can be lowered out of the way for easy dock loading.
